Refund & Cancellation Policy

How billing works
You are charged when you confirm a campaign. The campaign is then dispatched at the send slot you reserved. Whether a cancellation is refundable depends on how far in advance of that scheduled dispatch time you cancel.
Cancellation tiers
- More than 24 hours before dispatch: full refund. Cancel a scheduled campaign more than 24 hours before its scheduled dispatch time and we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
- Within 24 hours of dispatch (but before it sends): account credit.Cancel within the final 24 hours before dispatch, while the campaign has not yet sent, and we issue the amount as account credit toward future campaigns rather than a refund to your card.
- Once dispatch begins: non-refundable. After a campaign has begun dispatching, it is delivered and the charge is final; no refund or credit is available.
How to cancel
Cancel a scheduled campaign from your dashboard using the cancel option on the campaign. The applicable tier is determined by the time of cancellation relative to the scheduled dispatch time.
Account credit
Account credit may be applied toward future campaigns, is valid for 12 months from issuance, is non-transferable, and has no cash value.
How campaigns are billed
Campaigns are billed in Canadian dollars at a per-contact rate times the deliverable contact count, plus a base fee per campaign that is waived on large campaigns. Current rates are shown in the app when you confirm. Refunds and credits are calculated on the amount actually charged.
Delivery failures
If a campaign fails to send due to a problem on our side, contact us and we will make it right with a refund or credit for the undelivered portion.
Chargebacks
Please contact support@sendehm.com before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually resolve issues faster directly. Chargeback abuse may result in account suspension.
