Pricing

How does pricing work?

Pay-as-you-go. You pay a small rate per contact plus a per-campaign base fee, and the base fee tapers to zero on larger campaigns. No subscription and no contracts — you only pay for campaigns you actually send. Use the estimator to see the exact cost for any city.

What's free?

Your account, your listings, every template, and building and previewing campaigns are all free. You're only charged when you schedule a real send.

When am I charged, and on what count?

You're charged at the moment you confirm a campaign, to the card on file. The charge is based on the actual number of deliverable, verified contacts in the city you chose (minus anyone suppressed) — never the city's total population.

Is there a subscription?

No. Sendehm is entirely pay-as-you-go.

Sending & campaigns

How does a send work, start to finish?

Upload your listing, build the email in the block editor (start from a template or your own), choose the city audience, reserve a send slot, then confirm. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

Do I approve every send?

Yes. Every campaign requires your explicit confirmation before it's scheduled — nothing is ever sent automatically.

How often can one contact be emailed?

At most one campaign per contact per day per city, enforced automatically when you reserve a slot.

What address do emails come from?

Each campaign is sent from your own name at a Sendehm sending address (like jane.doe@listings.sendehm.com), so agents see the email as coming from you.

Contacts & coverage

Where do the contacts come from?

Curated city lists of active real estate agents. We continuously verify them and filter out inactive and bounced addresses, so the count you see reflects deliverable contacts.

Can I see who's on a list?

No. You see the city, the verified contact count, and the exact cost before you commit — never individual names or email addresses.

Which areas are covered?

Coverage is by city and is expanding. Check the Cities page to see what's live and the current count for each.

Editing & templates

Can I edit the emails?

Completely. Start from any template and change any block — copy, photos, layout — in the editor, or build your own and save it as a reusable template.

How do photos work?

Add your listing photos and set the framing and focal point so each one fits the layout cleanly across email clients.

Account, billing & refunds

Can I cancel a scheduled send?

Yes. You can cancel a scheduled campaign yourself before it goes out.

What's the refund policy?

Cancel well before the scheduled time for a full refund; closer to send time you receive account credit; once a send has started it can't be refunded. Full details are on the refund page.

How do account credits work?

Credits sit on your account and are applied automatically to your next campaign charge.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. Your card is saved so campaigns can be charged at confirmation.
